There is only so much you can say about a person who makes your dream of owning a home come true, but resilience comes to mind when I think of Caroline has been for me.  When I began the house searching process my credit wasnt what it should be yet, Caroline assured me that we would find a way to get me approved.  Not only did she introduce me to the mortgage company that was willing to take a chance on me, she also gave me insight on how I could repair and maintain better credit.  All these things including dedication, commitment and availability made me eager to recommend Caroline to others who were in search of a new home.  When I began searching for a Realtor I had no idea  that I would find someone who would sacrifice so much time to ensure the happiness of a client, so when it came time for me to sell me home I new there was only person I trusted enough with my property and the handling of my sell and that was Caroline.  She was again up to the test, she came out and provided me with insight on how the market worked and not to worry about anything and to leave it to her.  She was right and my house had several contract offers with in days of being on the market.  I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the selling or buying of a home, Caroline is my Realtor.

We were blessed to have Caroline help us with buying a home in January of 2006.  During this time we were in the middle of planning our wedding for June and trying to find a house, not only that we liked but that we could afford.  Although this was a very stressful time for us, Caroline made buying a house very easy.  My husband and I have different hours that we work so Caroline would usually have to show us the house several different times, but it never seemed to bother her.  We could call her at any time, and she would meet us or answer any questions that we had.  She worked extra hard to make sure we got a good deal on our home and that everything was done quickly.  I would highly recommend Caroline as an Agent.  She is very professional and she makes you feel like your buying a home from a friend!
